CT Scanner, MRI Scanner, PET Scanner, 3-D & 4-D Ultrasound, Nuclear Imaging, Echo, Stress Echo In Radiology the most recient advancement includes a new General Electric 32 slice computed tomography (CT) Scanner, ultrasound unit, and digital fluoroscopic radiographic room have been added to the department. In hospital Mammography services are also provided weekly at Scotland County Hospital. With state of the art equipment, women's healthcare needs can be addressed right here in Memphis without the inconvenience of traveling long distances. SCMH Radiology Department provides multi-modality coverage around the clock, seven days a week. All procedures are performed by registered Radiographic technologist and are interpreted by board certified Radiologists. Contracted services allows the Radiology Department to offer MRI, bone density, and echocardiograms to patrons for their conveniences. The Radiology Department is made up of local, experienced, professionals with a combination of over 60 years experience.
